What are the most common surgical procedures performed for men in plastic surgery?

I have used tanning salons for the last ten years. I am also a smoker. I bring these two facts up because I believe they are the reason that I look so much older than I am. I am interested in the strongest or deepest laser treatment that you provide. Does the Fraxel laser remove most facial wrinkles, including those around my lips? What about the deeper creases?

I am quite interested in cheek implant surgery. I have wanted more pronounced cheekbones for several years but for me that was only a pipe dream. Now I have noticed some sagging in my cheeks, perhaps even the formation of jowls. Would cheek implants alleviate these skin issues or do I need a cheek lift?

I am worried about my upcoming facelift making my face look too tight. What do you do during the surgical procedure to prevent this?

I have a dry eyes condition but would like to have eyelid surgery for both the top and bottom lids. Will blepharoplasty interfere with my tear ducts at all?
