I’m a little over two weeks post op from ethnic rhinoplasty to increase definition in my tip and reduce the alar base. I know it’s early, but my tip now droops. Does this mean that I’ll need a revision procedure?

I’m Hispanic. I had a nose job 7 weeks ago. One side of my nose is much thicker than the other making it look very uneven. I’ve been told that Hispanics have very thick skin. Is this to blame or is it swelling? What are the chances that the symmetry will improve?

I’ve heard that the best way to add definition to the nasal tip in Asian patients is with a rib graft or L-shaped implant. Is this true?
