Ashley Lankford, Nurse Practitioner

Ashley Lankford began her nursing career in a busy trauma, oncology, and inpatient surgical unit. She made the shift to the Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic space in 2015 and found her passion. Ashley has been working alongside Dr. Rami Batniji since 2018, where she assists with post-op care and in-office surgical procedures, which gives her a rich understanding of facial anatomy. She also specializes in non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as fillers, neuromodulator injections, and microneedling, ensuring every treatment enhances each patient’s natural beauty.

Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, both from California State University, Long Beach. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also certified as an injector through Allergan and Galderma.

Ashley founded the Aesthetic Provider Meetup in Orange County to create a community for aesthetic medicine practitioners. This meetup offers a venue for collaboration where practitioners can share best practices and learnings. She enjoys keeping her knowledge up to date and attending conferences and training workshops in the U.S. and internationally. Ashley is fluent in English and Spanish.
