Procedure Detail: 74 year old female presented to Dr. Rami Batniji with desire to address skin laxity of the face and neck. Dr. Batniji performed a lower facelift and necklift (using a modified deep plane technique) as well as a fractionated laser resurfacing at same time. Dr. Batniji frequently performs this combination of surgeries at the same time to not only reposition tissues with the lower facelift/necklift, but also address sun damage/lines/wrinkles of the skin with the fractionated laser resurfacing.
